Travel Sales Consultant
Requirements
- Location: Chandigarh | Remote Work
- Duration: 3 Months
- Working Days: Monday – Sunday
- Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & Instagram. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable trips and treks. Prepare and share customised itineraries with customers. Maintain and update client records in the CRM. Follow up with active and previous enquiries. Build customer relationships and assist in converting enquiries into bookings. Handle Group Trips, Customised Trips, Treks, GIT & FIT enquiries.
- Destinations You'll Work With: McLeodganj – Dharamshala – Triund || Manali – Kasol – Sissu || Bir Billing – Barot || Jibhi – Jalori – Tirthan || GOA || Jaipur || Udaipur || Kerala || North East || Various trekking destinations.
- Who We're Looking For: Energetic, proactive and self-driven individuals. Good verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking to customers over calls. Interested in travel, adventure and exploring destinations. Quick learners with a willingness to take ownership. Comfortable with sales, follow-ups and customer interaction.
- No prior travel industry experience required!
